The DeArmond Manufacturing Fellows Scholarship provides 5 students with the opportunity to receive a four-year scholarship to cover tuition and fees (up to $64,000 total) at Oregon Tech, to pursue a degree in engineering.
The DeArmond Fellowship also includes an internship at the OMIC R&D facility in Scappoose, Oregon where students will work collaboratively with OMIC R&D researchers as they engage in hands-on, state of the art projects that involve manufacturing companies from Oregon, the US, and around the world. DeArmond Fellows will have the opportunity to experience OMIC R&D’s unique collaborative environment and world-class research equipment.

Preview the OMIC R&D Additive Innovation Center, a nucleus of broad reaching technologies that will change the manufacturing landscape. This second building of the OMIC R&D campus in Scappoose will enable manufacturers to adopt emerging technologies that will create high paying jobs in the region and beyond.
