“OMIC R&D is an amazing opportunity for Blount to create partnerships and do research collaboratively in industries where we are not competitive. Our aspirational goal is to hire and work with world-class researchers from our local universities, which allows us to leverage our research funds and to hire students who exit university as experienced work-ready employees who are already knowledgeable about our products and processes.”
