Sierra Repp

Sierra Repp is an Associate MSR in Additive at OMIC R&D. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland, where she actively contributed to research, hands-on learning, and student mentorship. As part of the MECOP program, Sierra completed two six-month internships at Consolidated Metco (ConMet) and Acumed, gaining experience in research, testing, and multidisciplinary projects.

Her senior honors project, Engineering Ideation Method Efficacy Study, was published through the American Society of Engineering Education, and she presented her findings at the 2024 ASEE conference. Sierra was also recognized with the John C. Orr Public Intellectual Award for her ability to connect specialized knowledge across disciplines.

Beyond her academic achievements, Sierra played an integral role in the University of Portland Robotics Team and Tau Beta Pi OR-G chapter, serving in leadership positions. She enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and sailing, as well as baking and puzzles.
